Question About Silva DHD 700 Twin CI HD-Digita

I can't find a manual. I do encounter problems with saving broadcasts on the external USB hard drive. I checked the drive on the PC - it is okay. I formatted the drive - okay. When pressing the record button the device does not grab the video. It remains in 00:00:00, then asking me to save - but nothing is saved. Any help welcome! Thank you!
