-1 today is 12/5/2107 I entered into google "download sunbeam BM4700 manual" In the ansers that came up I clicked into www.tradebit.com.  The manual is available from them for US$8.75 via paypal.  I now have a printed copy which is 44 pages long.  I hope this helps and wish you all well
