Question About Superior Indoor Fireplace DT-500CMN
Operating manual...

There is lots of soot inside the fireplace box & on the inside of the glass front. I'd like to read the operating manual so I will understand what is causing the soot. Thank you. Susan Donohue

0 This is usually due to the mixture of the fuel being too rich. or a log may be out of place, a service technician can fix this problem with a simple service call.
