4 Press the Mode button until you are on the clock. ​Then press and hold the Start/Stop button for 3 seconds. ​There should be a beep and the digits will begin to flash. ​Press the Min button to increase the Hours and press the Sec button to increase the minutes. ​When you have the time set, press the Start/Stop button to finalize the setting.
