do not power off scan comes on when i turn on tv b...

do not power off scan comes on when i turn on tv by switch un flat screen and would like to know how i can stop the scan and also the system password as its not a defualt of 0000

2 Hi does that come on as the tv turns on and count to 100 per cent then start again repeats itself
