Timer accidently moved - now oven dead! The timer switch was moved and after unsuccessfully turning it round and round - over wont now come on! Need the manual instructions!

I have a 735 TEKA oven and cannot find the manual… . It is about 7 years old - I have no idea how to convert the degrees from 0 - 250 to USA 250 - 450 degrees or broil. I have no idea how to read the symbols
