I need a manual as i have thrown mine out by accident and...

I need a manual as i have thrown mine out by accident and it has already been taken away by the trash removers. I would just like to know how can you change the brightness and the gamma of the TV itself without using the preset mode as they are too bright for what I'm using the TV for.
