-1 Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently got a Telefunken Flat Screen  DH540KE  Type 172/icc19 IH EU from my brother.
I have tried to connect it to the Video Decoder but there is some obstruction in the red port.
I hear words but no pictures.
What could be the problem.
