Question About Toro Lawn Mower 70040
Toro wheel horse 825 model 70040 Does not push the mower...

Toro wheel horse 8-25 model #70040, Does not push the mower in any gear but 1st, got it on jack stands and can stop the wheels with my hands when in any other gear. Chain sprocket out of tranny stops too.
