Question About Troy-Bilt Snow Blower 5024
will not start...

I have reviewed the starting procedures,but no luck. My guess is that there is something wrong with the primer, any suggestion? thank you

4 I hope that you can find something about what to do. Mine same snowblower will not start. The electric starter makes noise, but the engine never catches. Is there a way to drain the gas and put in new gas if that is a problem?

0 check for spark,if no spark replace modual.take out spark plug,put wire back on,lay plug on engine,so it is grounded,try to start,you should see a spark on plug if working.

0 Same problem here. Worked great during the first couple of snow storms but now the engine will not turn over. Put in 'new' gas, the oil if fine. Removed the spark plug cap to test and don't see any sparks when pushing the electric starter. Any ideas?
