0 I have this same sewing machine. Have you found a manual on this yet? I keep trying to thread it based on other sewing machines but the thread keeps breaking. I'm not sure if its because the thread is dry-rotted (this is likely since it was my grandmother's) or if its because I'm doing it wrong.

0 from my original manual:  raise take up lever to its highest position.  Draw thread through the thread guides on top, then downward to the thread tension assembly and right to left between the two tension discs.  Then pull upward and hook thread to the thread take up spring from the right to the left.  Pull thread downward and under thread retainer bar and upward through thread guide. Now pass thread from right to left through the eye of take up lever, and downward through the thread guide and needle clamp thread guide above the needle  Then thread needle from left to right.
