Question About Weil-McLain Boiler Ultra Series 2
E02 Error...

Intermittent E02 error which means, after 5 tries to fire it goes into Hard Lock Out. This happens on Low Fire and on High Fire. Tech support and contractor can't diagnose. All test look good.

5 I am having the same problem with my Ultra2 155. It keeps going to E02. I have had my contractor and Weil-Mclain here and they have replaced almost all the parts of the boiler. Let me know you find anything out.

0 Afer many tries, the one that seems to work the best was replacing thy mixing/cobustion pipe, at least that is what it looked like. A pipe with a special configuration. After that the error has come up twice in the last six months. It was resettable both times. We will see what happens this winter

0 I am having the same problem with my Ultra2 155. It goes to E02 about once every 100 starts. Please let me know if you've found the root cause.
