The advice given is very helpful as far as it goes BUT... unscrew the circular cover very slowly. I didn't, and a great rush of water flew out and covered half the kitchen floor before I could shut it again!
So make sure you have some sort of tray on the floor into which the water can empty. This is less easy than it sounds because the filter cover is set so low down, barely above floor level..
An irritation, but we still like the machine

Unplug your machine and unclip the plastic trim panel across the bottom of the machine (front) to reveal the circular pump filter cover. Unscrew this cover with your fingers and remove any debris inside. Put the cover back on, clip the panel back on and try your machine again. Should be fine.

My machine has been showing the clean pump light, I have unscrewed the bottom filter and cleaned it, a load of water came out but not very much debris. I put it all together again but its showing the clean pump light, I have tried switching it off and leaving it a while thinking it might reset itself but its not. Also nothing seems to happen when i press the reset button, anyone got anymore ideas please I cant afford a callout fee!
