I have tried to make the xx34a camera work with my windows 7 & 8 based computers, but am having problems seeing anything from the camera. any ideas as to what is causing the problem?

5 What you need are two programs that access the camera over your network. I recommend hooking up the camera using a network cable the first time and use the ipcamera tool to find it on your network. Once you find it the camera uses internet explorer or Firefox to connect to the camera. I am attaching the IPcamera install program which you will need to install. 1. Install the client. 2. Connect the camera to your network router with a 10base-T cable and plug in the power. 3. The camera will run a self test and should rotate both directions and return to the center. 4. Run the IPCamClient. If it does not see the camera you may have windows firewall enabled or an antivirus program with a firewall. Turn the firewall off and the camera should pop up. 5. Double click the http://192.169.X.X/ line in the IP{ Camera Client and you should connect to your camera. email me if you have problems rhoward1231@yahoo.com
