Question About Yard-Man Lawn Mower HE 5150

Let daughter use mower-silly mistake! She ran over a badminton net which was on the ground and the mower stopped immediately. Belt came off one pulley. Net removed/belt back on-lights illuminate but does not crank? Can't find workshop manual - I think the 3 safety switches are working ? Help please?!!
