chain willnot turn gear at bar that turns gear is broken how to i remove and repair it

0 its attached to the clutch drum. cost about $20 bucks. you have to remove the spk plug, freeze the piston and turn the clutch , its a left handed thread. there is a special tool to freeze the piston by going through the spark plug hole
