Question About American Standard Furnace Gas Furnaces
no heat 4 red flashes...

4 red flashes mean thermal protection device open. Can I overide it to get through the -15 degree night ahead until i can get service in the morning?

5 We took on the cold with a few extra blankets and heaters. My repair guys (AG Hohlfelder) replaced a limiter switch the next day. However the next day after the repair was done the furnace was not letting the "roll out" complete the cycle. So my repair guy told me to clean the metal rod sensor in the last burner. I did it with some steel wool and "walahhhh" she's been working great. Thanks.
