Relaying info about Nephews prison tv/cd, TV is TL13D090970, CD is DL-08HA-00-019. Wants to know how to unlock the CD player to play enhanced video CD'S? When an enhanced CD is put in, it acknowledges it, but won't play the video, same with HDCD. Nephew is tech.
