i just bought it on Sunday, and the login comes up...

i just bought it on Sunday, and the login comes up with my deb,.ashworth1960@gmsil.com. I don't know the password and i don't know how to bring up a "Normal" windows screen. Will you kindly reply to me at deb.ashworth1960@gmail.com thank you VERY much!
