Question About Allied Telesis Switch FS750/16

I' Have a AT-FS750/24 and i need to reconfigure the VLAN on the switch, but i'm forgot the password. How to reset the password and configuration to factory default?

5 i've found a sollution who worked here: http://blog.widetelecom.net/hack-allied-telesyn-at-fs750/ , is not in english but is a translate button on the page.
