how can i reset the settings of my alpine car ster...

how can i reset the settings of my alpine car stereo with out lcd screen or monitor. i just got this from a friend, ive already traced and connected the connections on the power supply side. it worked already but i incidentally pushed a button i think "set up"button. the cd are ok but has no sounds.
