ice always melt to form one piece whole bloc. surface of the ice on the ice reservoir is always flat ice seems like melt on the surface. feel like rubber seal is not seal tight when the door is closed.

5 Hello, you can try to locate any col air that escapes around the door. If the sealing is not tight, you can buy some adhesive waterproof sealant at a hardware shop, or a car repair shop, and remove the old one to install a new seal. Hope this helps.
