3rd gen taurus gl. using fm-k574 kit and harness....

3rd gen taurus gl. using fm-k574 kit and harness. i harness that came with the kit has a male end on one side and a wire caps on the other. the side with the male end where do i plug that? does it go into the tuner in the back of the trunk?
