how do you set the boiler temp. on an american std...

how do you set the boiler temp. on an american std. hydronic boiler 3bb j2 model, 135,000 input. Do not see anywhere you can adjust or change temp. Temp. is at 225 f. and pressure is 27# . Pressure can be changed by adjusting pressure regulator, ok.
