3 # Step 1 Look at your watch, even though it may be a digital, like a clock face. Most Armitron watches have four buttons around the perimeter of the watch. There will be a button at the 2 o’clock position, this will be button "A." There will also be a button at the 4 o’clock position. Consider this button "B." On the opposite side will be button "C" at the 8 o’clock position and button "D" at 10 o’clock.

2 Step 2 Press the "D" button until the numbers begin to flash on your digital watch. Press and hold the "D" button again until the seconds begin to flash by themselves. Press the "B" button to advance the seconds. You may hold down the button in order to cycle through the numbers faster.

2 # Step 3 Hold down the "A" button in order to move onto setting the Armitron minutes. Once they begin flashing, press the "B" button just like you did to adjust the seconds. Press the "A" button one more time, and you will see the hours flash on your watch face. Hold down the "B" button and cycle through, making sure the a.m. and p.m. is correct.
