Why am I seeing overlapping images? On the test p...

Why am I seeing overlapping images? On the test page the outside plus signs are doubled and the MULTIMEDIA LCD PROJECTOR image is showing two images; a black print and then a red print half a letter off. I have several 6850 projectors that are doing this. Replacing the bulb has no affect on it. What can I do?
