Question About Aube Technologies Thermostat TH209
TH209 not displaying...

I bought 6 TH106 and 1 TH209. The TH106 are OK but TH209 not.After connecting it, nothing appeared on display. Checked everything twice (breaker, wires) and still the same. Exchanged it at RONA, and the same story goes on. I'm I forgetting something ? Can you help ? Thanks
