Question About Aube Technologies Thermostat TH146-P-2H1C
The auxiliary heating turns on at the same time as...

The auxiliary heating turns on at the same time as the Aube TH146-P-2H1C. Why is this happening? We are getting dual heat from and it is too hot. Mostly happens in the middle of the night. This is a new (only 3weeks ago) installation and we cannot serm to get in touch with our technician. Please advise on hoe to keep both heating sources from working at the same time. Disappointed new customer!
