Question About Balance Computer Monitor CM2017

I just got this monitor and it will not stay on. After 15 minutes it shuts down and turns my tower off and it takes a long time for it to restart. Any ideas on what to do.

0 This may help. Go into Control Pel and click on power supply. You will see options for turning off power supply to monitor and hard disk. Set this up the way you want. I hope this helps.
