Voicemail outgoing message cuts out, does not allow message to be recorded. Try calling my 8004214 from my cellphone and it will not play full outgoing message on voicemail or record the incoming message

0 Can not hear incoming caller.  Outgoing calls are fine.  Display shows withheld.
