On a belling oven control knob how do I set the kn...

On a belling oven control knob how do I set the knob to the correct setting using the dots on the oven. For instance is the fourth dot relevant to 120 or 130 or 140? The control indicator numbers are very complicated and hard to understand at a glance. Help!
