Question About Black & Decker Fryer DF450C
when I turn my fryer on to heat up it makes a nois...

when I turn my fryer on to heat up it makes a noise like there is water on the prongs. what it the problem? also where the prongs go the black plastic around it is melted and the prong on the left side is turned black. I need help fast.
