Question About Blanco Microwave Oven BMO280X
My microwave is......

...working but won't heat - maybe it is defrosting - but I it is not clear enough. I have never de-frosted on it for this reason. Have never been very happy with the dials - just want - heat manually and defrost manually - not setting weights and stuff. Haven't got time.
