Question About Bosch Appliances Maxx 1000
help my washing machine wont work....

HI, After placing my clothes in the washing machine and turning on the start button the machine makes a clicking noise near the dial and then nothing. I always make sure that the door is closed properly and the suds drawer is closed properly. What can this problem be? michelle
