Our portable dishwasher has stopped pumping out the water thoroughly after its cycle. The digital display reads "EI". I have unplugged it and restarted it several times but it still happens. When it stops, there is still water on the bottom. What can I do? I do not have the warranty as I bought it second hand. It is about two years old.
