5 (solution 1) 1. hold RESUME then press & hold POWER 2. release RESUME, then press it twice, the light should go amber then green again. 3. you're now in service mode (you can release POWER now) for reset waste tank reset is 4 presses of the RESUME button. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels. Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can also be poor ink cartridge contacts (Solution 3) Error 5200 is a printhead temperature error, sounds like you need a new printhead. The part number is printed on the side of the printhead. it's a QY6 number
