flame...

the flame won't move , i was told it was the flame dc motor ,could you send me a pix of were it is located in the unit .

3 I have an HEF33 with the same problem. Mine is not the motor as it is not getting any voltage. I think mine is the circuit board. I think I can fix mine if I could get the bottom apart and get to it. Anyone have any technical info on how to get this apartand get to the circuit board?
