Question About Char-Broil 06701289
Water pan placement....

I do not know how to put water pan in smoker while hot and cannot heat with water pan in it. Need help.

0 I have had my Char-Broil for 15 years I had the same problem from the start with mine. Solution is don't use the water pan save it for when the charcoal pan burns out. And to be able to work with the heat I took the heat gauge out and use a peice of tin with a rock on top that way I can slide it and adjust the air flow.
