Question About Charmglow 47-1001
Remote not working...

The remote is not working...I think the problem is with the main remote part that plugs into the wall. When I plug that in and turn on the unit in the back it doesn't work. If I unplug the remote part and plug the fireplace directly in the wall and turn it on in the back, it does work.
