I work with comcast during the overnight. I cannot begin to tell how many customers are calling in frustrated to have to keep pressing buttons on remote to keep rng200 dvr box from entering standby....we need to have an option to disable this feature. Customers do not want it is the feedback I am getting. Any help please...
