Question About Citizen Systems Printer Citizen GSX 240 GSX-240
color ribbon...

black ribbon works fine, color ribbon only prints in yellow: the print head does not move up and down to give the rainbow of colors. Is there a switch to tell printer to print in color? Thanks for your time, Jaime
