I have just purchased one of these lathes and the pulleys seem to be fitted wrong. The motor pulley and the main drive pulley are opposite instead of as shown in the manual as fitted the same. This makes the idler matching one or the other. Therefore the speeds can not be matched to the manual. It looks s if I need to turn the motor pulley around but I dont fancy it. Any comments. Terry
