Question About Cobra Digital PR255
Product won't charge...

We've lost our manual. We've tried charging the walkie talkies but it continues to say low battery . One of them will find a channel but the other won't. We've had these for a while so could it be that the rechargeable are no longer any good? Can we get an online manual. Going away and would really like to take them with us. Thank you.
