I have a tf-dvd7005, purchased several years ago, that is locked up. When I insert any dvd the screen says NO DISK and the parental controls are stuck on ADULT. The instruction manual shows a keypad but there's no info on how to access it so I can't enter the original password or change it. If this product was supposed to come with a remote control that contains the keypad it wasn't in the package when I purchased it.
