With DISH support,connections checked, and much frustration, I have no picture--just "snow" with the upper right box reading ATV 60.0 & NTSC. Model # LED 2316. I did a channel scan, but no results. HELP!

5 Are you using a cable box? To me it sounds like you are on the wrong input. On your remote press the button labeled input. Press it repeatedly until you see a picture. Instead of cable, it would be hdmi 1 or avi. I'm 99% positive that is your issue. If it's not, please message me back and we'll fix it for you.
