0 Hello doe0102, thanks for your post! From the information you have provided your Crosley refrigerator is not making ice or dispensing water. It sounds like you may need to replace your filter or water valve. I would recommend changing your water filter if you have not done so in the past six to nine months. Upon changing your water filter you need to prime the line which can be done by holding down the dispenser and filling up several cups of water. If you have recently changed the filter it could be a mechanical issue within the water valve. You may need to have a technician out to your home for proper diagnosis if the filter is not the cause of the problem. Hope this information has been helpful. –OOS
