Question About Dansons Group Stove Canadian Comfort

I have a canadian comfort pellet stove and the auger keeps stopping. I have checked the vent, taken the auger out to make sure it wasnt plugged. I can start the auger with my hand and it will work for a little while and then stop. The senser is sending the signle but auger wont turn. Any suggestions?
