Question About Dansons Group Stove None

We just had a glo-boy pellet stove insert installed yesterday. The house is filling up with smoke. We wre hoping the retailer and installer will help with this, but they are not too reliable. What is the problem and what should we do? Also, it did not come with a manual; can we get one form you?
