Question About Dell Power Supply None
Is the fan on the Dell HP-P2507F3P supposed to run...

Is the fan on the Dell HP-P2507F3P supposed to run all the time power supply is on? I've removed from computer to use as 12 V supply for hobby. Connected green wire to black, and gray to orange. Unit comes on and I'm getting steady +12 V, but fan is not running. Tks, Andy
