Hello, I am having problems with my Dell 3100MP projector. When I try to turn it on buttons on top start blinking green but projector's bubl is not turning on. Lights are blinking until the cord is removed from socket. I am can not turn off projector using ON/OFF button on top or with remote control. I am not sure if the actual problem is with bulb.
